How the guides were prepared and sources used
Criteria and evidence come before recommendations. A supplier's public claim, an illustrative example and an actual test result must be clearly distinguished.
What was done for these guides
Technical explanations were prepared by reviewing Booking.com's public documentation on rates, availability and reservations, Airbnb's calendar instructions, the iCalendar standard and Oracle's description of a hotel PMS. Links and review dates appear alongside the guides. The texts were prepared with the help of AI tools.
Checking a public source means comparing a claim with what the document states. No operational tests of MyRent, SyncBeds or their integrations were carried out. No review by a named expert was conducted. The publisher confirmed the publisher details and company relationships.
The calculator is an arithmetic tool: it adds user inputs according to the visible formula. Its technical validation does not confirm market prices, the suitability of a quote or achievable business savings.
What each type of source demonstrates
Primary documentation describes a specific system or interface. A supplier's public offer represents its claims and terms on the date checked. Illustrative examples on this site explain a process; they are neither product test results nor real guest data.
A source date records when it was reviewed; an update date records when the content changed. An expert review is stated only when a real person carried it out and agreed to be named. The published guides do not currently constitute independent product testing.
How a future comparison would be conducted
This release contains no product comparison or ranking. Before publishing one, the following steps would need to be completed and documented:
- Define the scenario and mandatory criteria before examining products.
- Provide a source, date and package scope for every field.
- Separate supplier claims from checks in a specific scenario.
- Mark unknowns as unverified, without inventing prices or capabilities.
- Publish the reasons for a recommendation and its limitations.
Commercial relationships and recommendations
The publisher J.P. Atelier d.o.o., myRent d.o.o. and Syncbeds d.o.o. share a founder. The site contains commercial links to these suppliers. Listing them is not an independent assessment or evidence that they are best for every property.
Ownership or business relationships are not a basis for higher scores. We do not currently publish numerical ratings or supplier rankings. A future comparison requires a documented process and published sources.
Corrections and updates
To report an error, send the page path, disputed claim and a public source to the publisher at [email protected]. This is a contact for reviewing corrections, with no promised response time or review schedule. A source review date is not an article's first publication date. Future updates should record the actual change and sources rechecked.
Changes to prices, integrations or terms require a fresh check before inclusion in a comparison. A date on a page does not guarantee that supplier terms have remained unchanged.
