Channel Managers in Slovenia: local relevance and capability checks

Criteria and publisher affiliation

The portal is published by J.P. Atelier, commercially connected with MyRent and SyncBeds. Every vendor faces the same criteria: a public Channel Manager description and evidence of relevance to Slovenian accommodation providers. Names are alphabetical, without scoring.

Research was conducted on 6 September 2026, prioritizing official product pages, documentation and contacts. A Slovenian translation does not establish support language. The main methodology distinguishes source checking from product testing.

Three starting points for a shortlist

These products are not necessarily equivalent categories or packages. Hotelinco presents a hotel PMS and CM Connect; Bentral and Rentlio describe broader reservation management with a Channel Manager. Request the current package composition for your property type.

Evidence for the Slovenian market

Bentral has a Slovenian contact and explicitly describes eTurizem. Hotelinco publishes a Slovenian offer, contact and named local reference. Rentlio publishes both a Slovenian offer and eTurizem account-connection instructions. These are local evidence, not proof of identical implementation.

Separate the property market from your reading language. The German version still concerns a Slovenian property. Switching language changes neither the vendor selection nor the inclusion evidence.

Guest registration is separate from a booking

Receiving an OTA reservation does not establish completion of local administration. Demonstrate booking creation, data completion and processing status separately. A guest appearing in a calendar is not proof that the whole process is complete.

Ask about permissions, staff responsibility and failed-submission visibility. Where administration is outside the Channel Manager, assign the remaining step explicitly. This overview does not certify a product's legal compliance.

Match the demonstration to the property

For an apartment, test a unit, owner stay and date change. For a guesthouse, check room type and physical-room allocation. Multi-site managers should check which properties collaborators can access. These are test questions, not assumed features.

If you already use front-desk software, request the precise connection workflow. Document where rates change and which record is authoritative when systems disagree. Check what happens to availability after a cancellation.

Support, pricing and transition

Bentral's public packages and Hotelinco's pricing page can open the discussion. A fair comparison still needs the same units, modules and period. For Rentlio, establish which platform the quote concerns. We do not reproduce configuration-dependent figures.

Confirm support language, hours and an outage contact. A Slovenian marketing page alone does not establish those terms. Agree who checks future reservations during migration and how staff work while a transfer is being verified.

What this overview does not establish

MyRent and PHOBS were not automatically copied from the Croatian list: this research did not gather sufficiently specific Slovenian evidence. SyncBeds was also excluded because current primary sources could not be reliably retrieved. This is not a claim that they are unavailable in Slovenia.

We do not certify market share, speed, support quality or a complete integration inventory. Choose candidates from your requirements, obtain written scope and run the same trial with each. Record the offer date and retain the public evidence used in the decision.
